Photo and Map Requirements:
In order to maintain the high-quality standards
for the MLS site. We have established a few general guidelines for photos and maps. Please read through the guidelines
listed below before sending your photos or maps.

Property and Location Maps
Property maps display boundries for the property and usually include some portion of surrounding area. Location
maps display a great amount of surrounding area including major hightways, cities, towns and Interstates with a
marker to show where the property is located. Each property is allowed one property map and one location map.
Property and Location Maps should conform to the following guidelines:
- The width should be no greater than 400px
- The map should be sharp, forcused, detailed, and clear
- The map should be saved in JPEG (JPG) image format
- If you will be sending in maps to be processed by Farm
and Ranch MLS, please make sure the maps are free from dirt, folds, creases, or other items that may depreciate
the quality of the final image

Property Photos |
|
Property photos are used to display key features of the property. Usually these photos will contain enhancments,
buildings, key features, and scenic views. Each property is allowed two property photos.
Property photos should conform to the following guidelines.
- The photo should be exactly 375px (width) by 250px (height)
- The photo should be sharp, focused, and clear
- The photo should be saved in JPEG (JPG) image format
- If you will be sending actual photos to be processed by
Farm and Ranch MLS, please make sure the photos are free from dirt, folds, creases, or other items that may
depreciate the quality of the final image

Broker Profile Photos |
|
Broker photos are used in the broker profile section of the site. They help to add personalization and richness
to your broker profile. Broker photos will be added to brokers who have purchased the Broker
Profile Package.
Broker photos should conform to the following guidelines.
- Height should be exactly 150px
- Width should be no more than 125px
- The photo should be sharp, focused, and clear
- The photo should be saved in JPEG (JPG) image format
- If you will be sending an actual photo to be processed
by Farm and Ranch MLS, please make sure the photo is free from dirt, folds, creases, and other items that may
depreciate the quality of the final image
